The Mediterranean is a casual, energetic, everyday restaurant located in the heart of downtown Boulder, Colorado. Known for our tapas and the town’s best outdoor dining, we’ve been offering exceptional food at a great value for over 20 years.

Our diverse menu features tapas & paellas, artisan pizzas from our Italian wood-burning oven and fresh seafood just to name a few. We also feature a world-class wine, beer and spirits program beautifully complemented by our signature cocktails.

In keeping with our focus on local interpretations of Mediterranean inspired cuisine, Executive Chef Kelly Kingsford and Chef de Cuisine Corey Cunningham offer traditional fare as well as original dishes from every corner of the Mediterranean basin – Italy, Spain, Greece, France, Morocco, Lebanon.

Naturalist Field School programs bring instructors to ACES from all over the country to teach and share their passion about the natural world. Courses range from Astronomy to Ecology, from Birding to Nature Photography, and so much more. The certificate is to be used Summer 2016 and is valued at $380.

Just as we are on spiritual journeys, our animal companions are also on spiritual journeys of their own. Deb offers a unique type of spiritual work for animals combining shamanic-style journeys and animal communication.  This work includes communicating directly with your animal companion as well as his or her spirit Helpers. This work can assist in behavioral issues which may stem from emotional circumstances or other forms of trauma and can also provide general guidance and assist you in creating the best possible home and life experience for your animal companions. In some cases, this work can be useful as a complement to traditional veterinary or obedience training work, but is in no way a substitute for veterinary care and/or work with a professional animal trainer or behavior consultant.
